These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use TravelTrends (travel-trends.online) or our flight booking assistance across the United States and Canada. Using our site or calling our team means you accept these terms.

1. Who We Are

TravelTrends is an independent third-party flight assistance company. We are not an airline and do not represent any specific carrier. We help travelers compare and book flights through our network of third-party suppliers and consolidators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you book on behalf of others, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received and a confirmation is issued
• Every booking is also subject to the supplier's own fare rules and conditions
• TravelTrends acts as an intermediary — we are not the airline or final service provider
• Quoted fares can change until your booking is fully paid and confirmed

4. Pricing & Fees

Every quote we give includes applicable taxes, supplier fees, and our service charge, shown clearly before you confirm. We're not responsible for fare changes made by the supplier after your booking is confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards along with any other methods disclosed at checkout. All payments are processed over SSL-secured connections. Authorizing payment means you've agreed to the stated total.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler and contact information
• Make sure traveler names match government-issued ID exactly
• Review your confirmation promptly and flag any errors immediately
• Arrive at the airport with enough time before departure
• Follow the airline's check-in rules and travel requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TravelTrends isn't liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by the airline itself. Our liability is limited to the service fees you've paid us directly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law, with services also extended to customers located in Canada.
